We ship worldwide! We offer free shipping options to almost all destination countries when reaching the the minimum order amount set for that region.
Processing Times
Processing of your order will take 1-2 business days after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
NOTE: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays, even if your shipment is upgraded to express. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday).

Note: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking link once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for payment of duties, taxes and any other fees deemed appropriate by local customs authorities. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Hola Amor Estudios, and therefore cannot be refunded.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the correct shipping address. We make every effort to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window of time to cancel/change your order or change your order address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please email us at help@holaamorestudios.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are different time frames in which we can do so.
If it is too late for our team to make changes to your order, all we can do is wait to see if the package is returned to us. If it is returned to our warehouse, we can either send it to the correct address or give you a full refund.
Customer Responsibilities for Package Reception
In the event that the package cannot be delivered due to the absence of the buyer, it will be held at a designated pick-up location. It is important to regularly check the tracking information to be aware of updates. If the package is not retrieved within the timeframe specified by the courier, it will be automatically returned to us. Please note that we can only issue a refund once the package has been successfully returned to our warehouse.
Refunds:
When placing an order with Hola Amor Estudios, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility. Please see our return policy for more information on how to return your packages.
Upon arrival of the returned package at our warehouse, we will conduct an inspection to determine its eligibility for a refund. If it meets the necessary criteria, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.
** Please note that earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
